Getting Started is Easy!

- To book an appointment click "Book Now" below. You will be directed to our appointment management system. 

- If you are a new client you will select "I'm a New Client" and follow the prompts.

- After you book your therapy session, you’ll receive an email with a link to all the forms you need, and a basic questionnaire through our patient portal. 

- These forms efficiently help us get an idea of how to best meet your Mental Health needs. 

After you complete all forms, we can get started!
